It’s been a while since we had a HANDS ON BREWING CLASS. Come to the Morgan Log House in Lansdale and try your hands at brewing using 18th Century tools and techniques. This is an event where you become the brewer and I advise, teach, and assist.
The Regimental Brewmeister will set up his field brewery behind the house and then turn over the reins to you our apprentice colonial brewers. This is your opportunity to experience the process of creating beer with only the resources available to a brewer of 1770. Samples of beer, mead, and cider will be available for you to enjoy and the site will be open for you to tour as well.

This is part of a bigger program on historic trades and skills. See http://www.morganloghouse.org/event/18thcenturybrewing/ for details. Tickets are only $75 so this is an outstanding opportunity to engage in this unique immersive history program. See https://morgan-log-house.square.site/product/18th-century-brewing-an-immersive-history-experience-summer-workshop-series/117?cp=true&sa=false&sbp=false&q=false&category_id=9 for details.
Finally, if you want to become an apprentice to the Regimental Brewmeister this is a great event to start your journey. See https://colonialbrewer.com/2023/12/24/join-the-regimental-brewmeister-in-2024-2/ for details. Ticketed participants in this workshop are entitled to a free years dues ($30 value) if they join the apprentice program.
