The Tenth Amendment to the US Constitution is clear:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” 

NOWHERE in the Constitution is there ANY MENTION of powers to regulate the health and wellbeing of the people.  The Federal Government can regulate but not deny access to lifesaving medication.  In short, RFK Jr and DJT can fuck off!

“The Trump Administration’s outrageous decision to limit access to the COVID vaccine is an affront to Pennsylvanians’ personal freedoms,” Gov. Josh Shapiro said in a statement. “I called on the state Board of Pharmacy to hold a special meeting to bring clarity to the people of Pennsylvania. “Health care decisions should be up to individuals — not the federal government and certainly not RFK Jr.”
