In partnership with Thornbury Farms and our soon to be announced joint venture, Battlefield Brewing, we are offering a HANDS-ON 18th Century Brewing class.  Learn all the nuances of brewing in the 18th Century.  If you are already a homebrewer, challenge your skills at making beer without the modern conveniences of clocks, thermometers, hydrometers, and chillers.  If you are new to brewing, come learn the basics.

Learn to bake bread in a beehive oven and brew beer over an open fire as it was done in the 1770’s. This is a hands-on experience and you will get taste what is made as well get to take home dough to bake and wort to ferment. Space is limited. This is a great double class and an opportunity to engage in history hand on as well as learn great skills.
